Hi all,
Iv'e been busy demonstrating for DoCrafts each weekend and have been busy making lots of samples to take to the stores for the customers to see.
One technique Iv'e come up with is to colour your embossed images with permanent markers.
The effect is quite good and it doesn't ruin your pens either even if blend colours over one another. Just rub your pen over some cardstock and the colour of the pen returns to the original colour.
Talking of Demonstrations, my next demo is at Artist's Corner in Chepstow on 26th June where I'll be demoing jewellery.
Better get on and start making my samples as jewellery takes up much more time than just making cards etc. I'll post some samples on here once Iv'e had a chance to make them that is.
Watch this space.......
Great technique Chris - I often use my permanent markers to highlight triple embossing, but hadn't considered using it with these stamps. Thanks! Ax
